The system is very relevant for today in terms of skills, competitions,  self defence and offers different martial arts within the same club.  Students and instructors are respectfull and its a great place to get fit,  learn a martial art and self defence.  Great for kids,  woman and men of any fitness or skill level.  A lot of families also attend, perfect distraction from the phone or tablet!

Master Tony Lloyd and his team are very good professionals and even better people. They will look after you and go the extra mile to help you. The other students are fun and approachable people that you love to have around, allowing you to build the trust you need to practise a sport like this. I am also lucky enough to have private lessons every now and then with Master Tony Lloyd. His experience and great teaching skills give me confidence to keep going grade after grade. He is also a great Personal Trainer and specialises on sports massage, which comes very handy when you need it. Overall, I am very happy to be part of the Fighting Fit family and would strongly recommend other people to try it, they would enjoy it too.
